Shipping Origin

All orders are prepared and shipped from our New York City studio.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or due to external circumstances (e.g., weather events), processing and shipping times may be extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Preorders

For select new styles or out-of-stock items, we offer preorder purchasing.

  • Full payment is required at the time of preorder.

  • Shipping timelines for preorders are estimates and subject to change.

  • In the event that a preorder item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, Nordblooms is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom and delicate nature of preserved floral arrangements, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that your bouquet arrives damaged:

  • You must notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Submit clear photos of the damage along with your order number to [email protected].

  • We reserve the right to assess the situation and determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or store credit will be issued.

Variations Disclaimer

Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and shape may occur between bouquets.
Photos on our Site are intended as reference images.
Substitutions may be made without notice if a specific bloom is unavailable.
